At the end of the day Dr. John Aiden strolls out of his office at the Treatment Center after decrypting and reading another discouraging Model Update Message or MUM as they were called. He discovers that Judy Hanson, the Office Manager is still at her desk.

John: You still here? You do so much for me Judy, for all of us here, is there anything I can do to, you know, smooth the way? Like remove roadblocks, motivate someone whose work you depend on to get it done faster, delivered sooner - that kind of thing?
